Description
The Inventory Control Manager II provides senior leadership and strategy for an inventory control team, supporting commercial and operational deliverables, customer relationships, inventory accuracy, risk mitigation, KPI adherence, and continuous improvement. The role also manages site hourly and exempt associates, performance reviews, development plans, succession planning, and a safe work environment. It requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, four years of inventory control experience, three years of logistics experience, three years of management experience, client relationship and staff-management experience, knowledge of systems such as JDA, Manhattan WMS, DMPLUS, and SAP, Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication skills. The national salary range is $70,000–$115,000, with California and Washington ranges provided, and the role is onsite.
