Description
The Materials Manager reports to the Director of Manufacturing and manages inventory control and shipping/receiving functions, including raw-material flow, inventory counts, supplier coordination, KPI development, ERP training, root-cause analysis, and excess-obsolete inventory research. The role requires an associate’s degree, 3–5 years of management or supervisory experience, ERP knowledge, accounting familiarity, communication skills, and Microsoft Excel proficiency; manufacturing experience is preferred.
