Description
The Inventory Control Specialist will conduct daily cycle counts, investigate inventory discrepancies, perform recounts and bin audits, and maintain accurate inventory records in Microsoft Business Central. The role collaborates with warehouse operations, receiving, putaway, picking, returns, accounting, and IT teams to resolve variances, document adjustments, support audits, and improve inventory accuracy. It requires 3–5 years of inventory control, cycle counting, or warehouse operations experience, ERP and WMS proficiency, strong attention to detail, and intermediate Excel skills.
