Description
The Inventory Control Supervisor leads hourly employees at a Regional Fulfillment Center and reports to the RFC Operations Manager. The role oversees inventory accuracy, receiving and shipping audits, FIFO and temperature controls, cycle counts, over/short reconciliation, shipping paperwork, vendor and store coordination, and operational improvements. It requires an AA degree or equivalent or 1–2 years of related experience, proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel, and strong auditing, communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills. The base salary is $65,000–$75,000, with an annual bonus, equity, 401(k) profit sharing, and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
