Inventory Control Supervisor at 1X

1X is hiring an Inventory Control Supervisor to lead inventory control across manufacturing and warehouse operations in San Carlos or Hayward. The role oversees global cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, variance investigations, reporting, KPI dashboards, and inventory governance; builds and mentors an Inventory Control Analyst team; and partners with manufacturing, supply chain, finance, engineering, and logistics to improve inventory accuracy and flow. Candidates need at least five years of relevant experience, including team leadership, cycle-count and reconciliation experience, ERP and business intelligence proficiency, and strong analytical and cross-functional skills. The position offers $90,000–$115,000 in compensation and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
