Description
Bachman’s is hiring a full-time Inventory Supervisor- Retail to supervise and train an inventory team, manage receiving, cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, stock accuracy, vendor coordination, and seasonal inventory preparation. The role also supports store operations, merchandising, display setups, and customer-facing inventory issues. It requires at least two years of retail supervisory or management experience, strong communication and leadership skills, POS and Excel knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently. The position pays starting at $20.00 per hour and includes medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and other benefits.
