Flex is hiring an Inventory Control Supervisor in Guadalajara Norte to support its Cloud & Power Infrastructure segment and its planned SpinCo spin-off. Reporting to the Inventory Control Manager, the role supervises inventory accuracy, warehouse transactions, physical and cycle counts, inventory discrepancies, ERP reporting, and continuous improvement while leading a team of 5 to 8 people. The position requires a bachelor's or engineering degree, manufacturing warehouse experience, team leadership experience, and ERP knowledge; intermediate English and SQL experience are preferred.
