Description
The Inventory Control Supervisor oversees daily inventory operations, supervises inventory staff, conducts cycle counts and physical audits, resolves inventory variances, operates material-handling equipment, generates inventory reports, and coordinates with inbound, returns, and outbound operations. The role requires strong inventory-management, warehouse-management-system, analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills, along with the ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours, work at various heights, and lift 50 pounds.
