Description
The Inventory Coordinator maintains SAP records for crude receipts, leases, shipments, and feedstock totals; calculates railcar loads; prepares and distributes rail switch lists and reports; enters and verifies SAP deliveries, shipments, and receipts; and coordinates with crude supply, shipping, receiving, rail, trucking, and other internal and external teams. The role reports to the Shipping/Receiving Manager and requires a high school education or equivalent, Microsoft Office proficiency, and preferably an associate degree or related shipping and inventory experience.
