Description
The IBM Maximo Inventory Specialist will serve as the sole custodian of the enterprise asset management platform’s inventory catalog, managing SKU creation and archiving, naming conventions, asset hierarchies, unit-of-measure conversions, bill of materials, and data quality. The role also owns replenishment parameters, automated reorder processes, demand planning, maintenance synchronization, inventory KPIs, and opportunities to reduce dead stock and obsolete inventory. Candidates need 3–5 years of supply chain experience, including at least 2 years in inventory or item modules, advanced Excel, Access, VBA, and SQL skills, and a bachelor’s degree or professional college diploma in a relevant field.
