Description
The Inventory Control Manager oversees inventory accuracy, availability, and integrity; develops inventory policies; monitors stock levels; conducts cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations; coordinates with operations, planning, and customer service; ensures safe and compliant storage; analyzes inventory data and KPIs; and leads, trains, and supervises inventory staff. The role requires strong inventory-management knowledge, WMS proficiency, analytical and data-management skills, attention to detail, planning and organizational abilities, leadership, problem-solving, communication, safety and compliance knowledge, continuous-improvement capability, and basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel and reporting skills.
