Description
Puffco is hiring an Inventory Planning & Operations Manager to join its Supply Chain team and report to the Planning Director. The role partners cross-functionally with Finance, Sales, Product, Operations, Marketing, Customer Service, and Executive Leadership to drive demand and supply planning, monthly forecasts, S&OP, inventory allocation, inventory accuracy, transaction and audit processes, discrepancy resolution, and continuous improvement across global warehouses and distribution partners. The position is hybrid, based in Los Angeles, and requires 5+ years of relevant supply chain experience, a bachelor's degree, and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
