Mitchell Companies is hiring a full-time Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate inventory levels and support warehouse operations. The role includes cycle counting, investigating discrepancies, updating inventory locations, processing inbound purchase orders, documenting damaged products, monitoring warehouse equipment, and communicating operational issues. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED equivalent, strong attention to detail, organizational and communication skills, computer proficiency, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The position offers a $45,000 annual base salary, up to $6,000 in annual bonus opportunity, Monday–Friday 5:30 AM–2:00 PM scheduling, and benefits subject to company eligibility.
