Description
The Store Inventory and Operations Lead is responsible for inventory management, receiving, counting, ordering, pricing, returns, planogram accuracy, asset protection, pharmacy inventory activities, compliance, physical inventory support, and store operations in designated stores. The role also coaches team members, handles customer service, registers point-of-sale transactions, and may open and close the store when management is absent. It requires six months of prior Walgreens experience for internal candidates or one year of prior retail experience for external candidates, English fluency, flexible scheduling, attention to detail, and a valid pharmacy license or certification where required. The role pays $17–$20 per hour.
