Description
The Store Inventory and Operations Lead manages front-end and pharmacy inventory, receiving, counting, ordering, pricing, returns, planograms, compliance, and physical inventory activities. The role also supports customer service, cash handling, point-of-sale operations, team coaching, and store readiness, including opening and closing designated stores when needed. It requires six months of prior Walgreens experience for internal candidates or one year of prior retail experience for external candidates, English fluency, flexible scheduling, attention to detail, and a valid pharmacy license or certification where required. The role pays $19–$22 per hour.
