Ryder is immediately hiring an Inventory Supervisor in Port Deposit, Maryland for its Supply Chain Solutions division. The role supervises and coordinates logistics operations, plans and reviews logistics processes, establishes schedules, monitors KPIs, coaches and evaluates team members, supports customer operations, and implements health, safety, and security initiatives. The position is exempt and salaried at $67,500 annually, with a Wednesday-Saturday schedule from 06:30 a.m. to 06:15 p.m. and requires an H.S. diploma or GED, 0–1 year of direct supervisory or leadership experience, and preferably at least one year of transportation, warehouse, or distribution experience.
