Description
ERock is hiring an Inventory/Warehouse Supervisor to lead a small team of Inventory Specialists at its new El Paso, Texas field warehouse. The role oversees receiving, picking, kit assembly, staging, delivery, inventory accuracy, cycle counting, ERP transactions, work orders, safety, and Lean operational improvements, while also helping design the warehouse layout, define material flow, establish personnel roles, and support hiring. The position requires at least five years of team-management experience, warehouse and ERP knowledge, forklift operation, and a valid driver's license.
