Description
The role supports customer requirement analysis and hardware requirement derivation from system requirements, develops gate-driver designs based on power modules and commutation cells, selects components, designs layouts and EMC behavior, performs worst-case component-rating calculations and simulations, optimizes switching behavior, verifies switching behavior under relevant conditions, and releases the module circuit. The posting requires a bachelor's degree, more than three years of experience, deep knowledge of power semiconductors, strong simulation and calculation skills, and excellent measurement and practical skills.
