ISN is hiring Investigation Supervisors to oversee fraud investigation teams and support Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) programs across the United States. The role includes regional oversight, planning and monitoring nationwide retailer investigations, managing field investigative staff, ensuring compliance with USDA FNS regulations and privacy standards, tracking project deliverables, supporting corrective actions and customer issue resolution, and contributing to program metrics and process improvement. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, U.S. citizenship, availability for travel, and the ability to work remotely and undergo a federal background check; government contract performance, SNAP knowledge, secure case management, and supervisory experience are preferred or required.
