Description
The Investigations Coordinator will independently own and execute complex internal investigations involving allegations of abuse, neglect, and exploitation, including defining case scope, conducting high-stakes interviews, analyzing data, preparing compliance reports, and presenting findings to agency executives and legal counsel. The role manages multiple cases, partners with federal, state, and law enforcement agencies, and requires primarily day hours with flexibility for evening interviews. It is a remote position with 50%–75% regional travel and a salary of $60,000–$65,000.
