Description

The Navy Investigator will analyze witness statements, regulations, policies, and other evidentiary sources; determine whether the preponderance of evidence supports an allegation; receive and preliminarily analyze complaints or allegations of possible conduct violations; research applicable laws, regulations, instructions, and local policies; and plan an in-depth investigation to ascertain objective facts. The role requires United States citizenship, suitability for federal employment, a security clearance, specialized investigative experience at or equivalent to GS-11, and the ability to travel domestically and overseas, including to remote or isolated sites.
