Description
Helmsley is hiring an Investment Accountant to support accounting for its approximately $7.6 billion endowment. The role handles investment transaction accounting, settlement, cash and position reconciliations, capital activities, management fees, journal entries, cash-flow forecasting, audit workpapers, and coordination with the Investments Department and master custodian bank. It also involves K-1 analysis, tax workpapers, and foreign filings. The position reports to the Tax and Investment Accounting Manager, is based in New York City, and offers a hybrid schedule with at least three onsite days per week.
