Description
Emergence is hiring an Investment Analyst to execute end-to-end investment diligence for software acquisition targets, including financial and operational due diligence, SaaS financial modeling, quality-of-earnings and working-capital analyses, investment committee memos, and support for deal structuring and execution. The role is onsite in New York, San Francisco, or Toronto and is available full-time or part-time. Candidates need 1–3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, growth equity, or corporate development, along with hands-on financial modeling experience with SaaS or enterprise software businesses.
