Valnet is hiring a full-time Investment Analyst in Montreal to run the acquisition lifecycle and manage internal investments. The role co-leads sourcing, pipeline growth, capital deployment, valuation, negotiation, due diligence, purchase agreement drafting, integration, and operational results; manages portfolio operations; supports financial modeling, budgeting, KPI tracking, reporting, and special projects; and presents new investment opportunities. The position reports to the Chief Investment Officer and requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, 1–3 years of relevant experience, strong financial modeling and valuation knowledge, and an affinity for adtech, media, or technology.
