Description
Partner One is seeking an Investment Associate to join its Mergers and Acquisitions team, supporting acquisition due diligence, deal execution, target assessment, market research, and cross-functional coordination for software company acquisitions. The role requires up to 5 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory, financial due diligence, audit, or finance/accounting functions within software or SaaS businesses, along with strong analytical, communication, accounting, and Microsoft Suite skills, and availability to overlap with North American business hours.
