Partner One is seeking an Investment Associate to join its Mergers and Acquisitions team, supporting due diligence and acquisition execution for software company acquisitions. The role involves analyzing commercial and financial data, conducting market research, identifying acquisition targets, coordinating deal execution with cross-functional teams, and working closely with senior stakeholders. Candidates should have up to 5 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory, buy-side diligence, audit, corporate development, finance, or related software/SaaS operations, along with knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, strong academic performance, and a finance/accounting/business degree; CPA or CFA track is a plus.
