Partner One is hiring an Investment Associate to join its Mergers and Acquisitions team, supporting due diligence and acquisition execution for software company targets. The role focuses on analyzing commercial and financial data, conducting market research, identifying acquisition opportunities, and coordinating with cross-functional teams through the deal cycle. Candidates should have up to 5 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory, buy-side diligence, audit, corporate development, finance, revenue accounting, or strategic finance in software or SaaS, along with strong knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, excellent communication, analytical ability, and a finance/accounting-related degree; CPA or CFA track is a plus.
