3VC is hiring a six-month off-cycle Investment Associate to join its investment team and identify, engage with, and research founders and companies emerging from Europe. The role includes thesis-driven dealflow research, market mapping, competitive analysis, solution testing, and support through the due diligence process. It is based in Vienna with an office in the 1st district and an option for home-office or remote work, with remuneration starting at €40,000 gross annually on a full-time, all-in basis. Candidates should have a STEM or business-related bachelor’s or master’s degree, a passion for software and technology, strong networking and self-starter skills, and EU citizenship or a valid Austrian work permit; prior tech, consulting, or startup experience is preferred.
