Partner One is hiring a full-time, permanent Investment Associate to support its Mergers and Acquisitions team. The role involves analyzing commercial and financial data of acquisition targets, assessing initial fit, researching industry trends, identifying software acquisition opportunities, advancing deals through the deal cycle, supporting live-deal closing activities, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Candidates need 3–7 years of relevant experience, strong software and SaaS analysis skills, knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, a degree in finance, accounting, or a related business field, strong communication and analytical abilities, and the maturity to interact with C-level executives.
