Partner One is hiring an Investment Associate to support its Mergers and Acquisitions team. The role involves analyzing commercial and financial data of acquisition targets, assessing initial fit, researching industry trends, identifying software acquisition opportunities, advancing deals through the deal cycle, supporting live-deal closing activities, and coordinating with cross-functional teams. Candidates need 3–7 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory, buy-side financial due diligence, public accounting, corporate development, finance, revenue accounting, controllership, or business operations at software or SaaS companies, along with knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS, strong analytical and Microsoft Suite skills, and the ability to work half of each day with the North American office.
