Revent is hiring a full-time Associate to join its small investment team in Munich, with significant work in Berlin and across Europe. The role focuses on identifying exceptional early-stage founders, researching opportunities, developing investment theses, supporting founders, and contributing to firm building. Candidates should have strong analytical, research, communication, and judgment skills; a technical background is appreciated, and prior startup or technology exposure is ideal. The role requires the ability to work full time in Germany and offers €65,000–€85,000 annually plus a performance-based bonus and carried interest.
