Partner One is hiring an Investment Associate to join its Mergers and Acquisitions team, supporting due diligence and acquisition execution for software company acquisitions. The role focuses on analyzing commercial and financial data, assessing target fit, conducting market research, identifying acquisition opportunities, and coordinating deal execution with cross-functional teams. Candidates should have up to 5 years of relevant experience in transaction advisory, buy-side diligence, accounting/audit, corporate development, or finance roles in software or SaaS businesses, along with strong US GAAP and IFRS knowledge, a finance/accounting degree, and excellent analytical and communication skills.
