Description
Emergence is hiring an Investment Associate to own end-to-end investment execution for majority buyout transactions in enterprise software. The role leads financial and operational due diligence, builds SaaS financial models, performs quality-of-earnings and working-capital analyses, prepares Investment Committee memos, evaluates deal terms, and supports legal, finance, operations, and post-close integration activities. Candidates need 3 to 5 years of relevant private equity, growth equity, or investment banking experience, direct deal execution exposure, SaaS expertise, and strong financial modelling and writing skills. The position is onsite in New York, San Francisco, or Toronto and offers a competitive base, bonus, and carry participation.
