BTIG is hiring an Investment Banking Analyst for its Energy & Infrastructure team in Dallas or Houston, Texas. The role supports senior bankers on domestic and international M&A, public and private equity, debt capital raises, and strategic advisory transactions through financial modeling, research, marketing materials, data-room management, due diligence, and client coordination. Candidates need a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree, 1–2 years of transaction advisory experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; SIE, Series 79, and Series 63 licenses are preferred or obtainable shortly after joining. The position offers a base salary of $90,000 to $150,000 per year, with possible discretionary bonus or overtime compensation, and does not offer work-visa sponsorship.
