Fireclay Partners is hiring an Analyst for its in-person downtown Kansas City headquarters. The role supports M&A and capital advisory work through financial modeling and valuation, client materials, buy-side and sell-side execution, industry and company research, business development, and client-ready insights. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field, 0–3 years of relevant experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and organized presentation abilities; occasional client travel is required.
