Fireclay Partners is hiring a full-time Investment Banking Associate to begin in summer 2027 in its downtown Kansas City office. The role involves building financial models, conducting valuations and transaction research, preparing client materials, coordinating buy-side and sell-side workstreams, supporting senior bankers, and guiding analysts and interns. Candidates must have an MBA completed or expected by the start date, practical investment banking or related transaction experience, strong financial modeling and Excel skills, and strong AI proficiency in a professional work environment.
