BTIG is hiring a Vice President or Director to originate, structure, and execute middle-market debt financings for companies and financial sponsors. The client-facing role leads end-to-end transaction execution, develops a lender universe, prepares financial models and term sheets, and mentors junior bankers. Candidates need 5–10 years of relevant experience, strong middle-market debt and financial modeling expertise, Series 79 and Series 63 licenses, and a bachelor's degree. The estimated base salary is $230,000 to $250,000 per year, with possible discretionary bonus or overtime compensation.
