BTIG is hiring an Investment Banking Vice President or Associate in New York to support the Consumer and Retail group across M&A, private and public debt and equity offerings, and advisory services. The role involves transaction coordination, offering materials, valuations, financial models, research, client meetings, due diligence, client relationship development, business recommendations, and mentoring junior bankers. Candidates need at least four years of investment banking experience, strong communication and leadership skills, advanced Excel and PowerPoint abilities, familiarity with banking databases, and FINRA Series 63 and 79 licenses. The position requires full-time U.S. authorization and does not offer visa sponsorship; the estimated base salary is $230,000 to $250,000 per year.
