Description
The role manages the full investment-casting development program, including schedules, costs, tooling procurement, project management, customer communication, component validation, inspection and work-instruction development, plant and quality coordination, scrap and rework tracking, and Lean Six Sigma improvement activities. It requires a mechanical engineering or foundry-related degree, MS application experience, and strong English communication skills; production experience in investment casting or nickel-based superalloys is advantageous.
