TruStage is hiring an Investment Coordinator to support the Wealth Management Solutions program for Abbott Laboratories Employees Credit Union. The role coordinates advisor schedules and appointments, manages member communications and referrals, supports seminars and marketing, maintains marketing materials and contact information, conducts training, prepares program reports, and supports compliance and data-security requirements. A high school diploma or equivalent and one year of customer service experience are required; Salesforce and Microsoft Office experience are preferred. The base pay is $55,000.
