Beacon is hiring an M&A and Investment Professional to lead the full lifecycle of software-company acquisitions, including sourcing, underwriting, diligence, deal execution, founder and stakeholder management, and integration. The role also involves building and scaling proprietary M&A and AI product capabilities, contributing to investment theses and capital allocation, and assisting with the finance, operations, and integration of acquired businesses. Candidates should have at least six years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, investment banking, corporate development, or strategic finance, along with a degree in Business or Finance.
