Symetra is hiring an Investment Operations Analyst to support derivatives operations for its investment portfolio managers, traders, reporting, risk, and compliance teams. The role covers trade lifecycle management, confirmations and affirmations, collateral and margin activities, settlements, reconciliations, reporting, audits, documentation, client support, and process-improvement initiatives. It is a remote position with required travel to the Farmington, Connecticut office for in-person events a few times per year, with a salary range of $90,000 to $122,000 plus eligibility for an annual bonus.
