Description
Devoteam is hiring a .NET Software Engineering Manager to lead a team of five or more developers, translate application requirements into functional software, and allocate 50% of the role to production code and 50% to mentoring and coaching. The position also involves architecting scalable cloud solutions, collaborating with Product Owners, resolving client issues, conducting code reviews, managing technical debt, and establishing documentation and knowledge-transfer processes. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of .NET experience, team-management experience, and expertise in cloud, microservices, containerization, DevOps, and security practices.
