The Investment Services Representative supports Osaic Investment Officers by processing account paperwork and transactions, maintaining client files, handling securities and annuity orders, monitoring transfers and compliance items, coordinating with advisors and product providers, supporting customer service and appointments, preparing performance reports, and maintaining regulatory and client databases. The role requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in financial services or investments, proficiency with office applications, confidentiality, strong interpersonal skills, and preferred Series 7, Series 65/66, insurance, and annuity licenses.
