Kayne Anderson Real Estate is hiring a full-time Investments Associate to work in its acquisitions and investment management team. The role performs underwriting, financial modeling, market research, due diligence, investment committee memoranda, transaction coordination, and support for refinancing, dispositions, and recapitalization across multiple real estate verticals. The position is based in the firm’s Boca Raton, Florida office and requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience, 3–5 years of related financial experience, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency with Excel and real estate research databases.
