Description
USVC is hiring an Investor Services Specialist to own the self-directed investor experience, serving retail investors from KYC through reinvestment. The role handles email and phone support, investor onboarding and compliance escalations, tender-offer and NAV/statement questions, tax-season support, CRM accuracy, and recurring-issue feedback to Product, Compliance, and Marketing. It also involves building agentic systems, automations, and self-serve content, coordinating with compliance and fund administrators, and applying AI to improve support efficiency. The role is based in New York City or San Francisco, requires at least one day of office work, and offers a base salary of $125,000 or more annually plus benefits and equity.
