ClarineT is hiring an Invoice Controller for an Oil & Gas project in Fano, Umbria, Italy. The role manages and verifies vendor and supplier invoices, identifies and classifies back-charges, prepares supporting documentation, maintains invoice records, monitors invoicing activities, and collaborates with Finance, Procurement, and project stakeholders to resolve discrepancies. The position requires invoicing or invoice-control experience, advanced knowledge of invoicing and back-charge processes, SAP and Excel proficiency, analytical precision, and fluent English. It offers a six-month initial contract with a long-term project outlook through 2028, with a hybrid work arrangement of 50% remote and 50% onsite in Fano.
