Sumitomo Electric Wiring Systems, Inc. is hiring an Invoice Specialist II for its Ohio Customer Service Center in Marysville, Ohio. This hybrid accounting role reviews packing lists and creates customer invoices, resolves payment and delivery discrepancies, researches aging reports, supports accounts receivable collections, and coordinates with automotive customers and internal departments. The position also serves as a sales contact for assigned commodities or vehicles, generates wire-harness pricing, analyzes cost gaps using electrical drawings, and supports system and cost-reduction initiatives. A bachelor's degree, 5–7 years of invoicing or accounting experience preferably in automotive, strong Excel skills including VLOOKUP, problem-solving ability, organization, and communication skills are required.
