Alteva RCM is hiring an Invoicing & Client Success Specialist to support revenue cycle management invoicing operations. The role involves contacting customers after onboarding, explaining invoices and billing details, resolving billing questions and discrepancies, coordinating with internal teams, maintaining customer records, following up on outstanding accounts, and supporting invoicing process improvements. Responsibilities include generating and revising invoices, reconciling payments and account balances, and using QuickBooks Online and Excel. The position requires customer-facing experience, strong communication and organization, and Excel skills; healthcare billing, RCM, invoicing, reconciliation, accounts receivable, and QuickBooks Online experience are preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM EST, with a pay range of $60,000 to $80,000 USD and health, dental, vision, and other benefits.
