Selecta, a leading provider of unattended self-serve coffee and convenience food in Europe, is seeking an Invoicing Associate to join their team. The successful candidate will support the Billing Manager in shaping departmental vision and strategy, focusing on integration, transformation, and continuous improvement. This role involves leading cultural change initiatives within the finance organization, delivering high-standard services to internal finance teams, and providing end-to-end finance transaction processing support. Key responsibilities include daily and monthly invoicing, compiling consolidated backups, liaising with internal departments, managing KPI data, approving credit notes, resolving client inquiries, and reducing rebate-related invoice queries.
